This 14"x1/8" Cut Off Grinding Wheel is typically used for stone but has many uses.  

Wearing gloves while operating a grinder is typically discouraged because they can become entangled in the machine’s spinning components, leading to serious hand injuries. Instead, prioritize using other safety equipment such as safety glasses, a face shield, and ear protection.  Many people DO advise gloves, but if you do wear them, be sure they are tight fitting without any loose fabric or string that may get tangled in the wheel.
